Can you expedite my order?

The fastest way to get your xpult is to order it right here on this website and to select next-day freight. If you order it before noon Eastern Time, you will probably get it the next business day. That's the best we can do, unless you're willing to stop by our warehouse in Old Forge, PA and pick it up (weekdays only). All of our ordering options are listed on the ordering information page.

How long does it take to get my order?

We usually process your order the same day as long as its received by 4PM EST. We ship either through the USPS or FedEx depending on how you order. The average USPS delivery time is 1-3 days. Our our shipping information page provides more details.

Who can use the XPULT?

The Xpult can be used by any student, from elementary school to graduate school. Teacher or parent supervision is recommended for children under the age of 12.

What are some good science projects for the XPULT?

Here's a question we're really curious about. Basketball coaches say you should launch your shot with a high arc? Can you show whether or not a high arc is better than a low arc? Does it depend on whether you use the backboard or not? We bet you could answer this with the Xpult and a little basket/backboard you build. If you figure it out, let us know. (By the way, we really don't know the answer to this one...that's what science is about.)

What can the XPULT do in my course?

You can use the Xpult to support classes about a variety of topics. Currently, we have ready to go materials to support classes in engineering, business, and science. Other applications might include history (the usage of catapults in war) or as a teambuilding exercise (ice-breaker).

Is the XPULT safe?

The Xpult is designed to be safe. However, it does store and release energy and therefore could cause injury. Never launch the table tennis ball at other people. Pay particular attention to the end of the launch lever and make sure your eyes and other body parts are clear before releasing it. The balls provided with the XPULT are fairly lightweight. Do not use the XPULT to launch heavy, dense, or sharp objects.
